William Liu, Director
Mr. Liu is the President of Green Dot Capital Pte Ltd.,
a subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd. Before
joining Green Dot capital in September 2001, he was the
President and CEO of ABACUS International Pte Ltd. During
his service at ABACUS from 1993 to 2001, Mr. Lieu spearheaded
the company's expansion program in the Asia-Pacific region
and was responsible for the company's profitable growth.
He also held several senior positions at International
Computers Ltd. around the region. Currently, Mr. Liu also
sits on the boards of Green Dot Internet Services Pte
Ltd. and Safe2Travel Pte Ltd.
Kian Min Ong, Director,
practices law as a consultant with Drew & Napier LLC,
a major Singapore law firm. His area of practice includes
mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate
restructuring and establishment of joint ventures. He
is a Member of Parliament in Singapore and has extensive
experience and business ties throughout Asia, Europe and
the United States.
Loh Weng Whye, Director
Formerly the president of SembCorp Energy in Singapore,
Mr. Loh has more than 30 years of experience in the electricity
industry. He started his career as an engineer, and eventually
held senior management positions at three power companies.
Mr. Loh has played an influential role in the deregulation
of the Singapore electricity market.
Michael Khor, Advisor
A former Deputy Chief Executive of the Singapore Public
Utility Commission, Michael Khor brings decades of energy
industry experience to EnWorkz. During his career, he
has been in all aspects of electricity, water, and natural
gas projects in Singapore and in Suzhou, China. He holds
B.E. and M.E. degrees from Australia's University of Adelaide.
